Supplier Scorecard wanted

    Looking for a very simple example, in Excel, which calculates a score (0-5) based on categories such as Quality, Delivery to Schedule, Pricing, and maybe items such as premium freight, service/responsiveness etc.

    I currently use QI Macros, which is integrated with Excel, for our internal calculations but am looking into QT9 QMS/ERP software which has internal, Customer and Supplier portals that has scorecard capabilities.
