    Hey everyone,

    I'm trying to do SPC in consumer electronic industry and we make AC-AC converters, AC-DC converters. I was wondering what factors would be best suitable for monitoring the process? For example, Output Voltage or Ripple Voltage.

    Also how would these processes hint me about the process going out of control. Would appreciate any help in this regard.

    Two questions;
    1. How much training have you had in SPC?
    2. By ‘make’ what do you mean? Are you a semiconductor fabricator or an assembly house of ‘off the shelf’ components?

    1)My training has been mostly by reading online. I've had no formal training in SPC.
    2) We are an assembly house of off the shelf components. We're an OEM.
