    How can I use social media to gauge customer sentiment as part of my QMS?

    This is a complex topic and requires knowledge of a number of factors. I'm not sure anyone (and this is a specialty of mine) could give an answer without much, much more information being provided. It starts with understanding how you company approaches social media. Most don't do a good job. Starts with website, then how social media sites like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc are factored into a Marketing plan.
