Quality concept for BTO and CTO Business types

    Dear all

    Could you please advice about how to implement quality concept for "Build-to-order" and "configure-to-order" production type. Especially interesting:

    - How to implement Quality capability measurement (FPY, PPM, DPM... etc) in case if from order to order my production area produce unit which is different than previous (We produce big cabinets with variable plugin-units inside)? Which methodology will be the best?
