Hello Everyone, would like to seek advise.

    Situation is like this:

Company A is sub-con to Company B and having its own ISO 9001. Company B is taking over Company A on Apr 2017 and business year end June 2017.

    1) How to create an integration MR into Company B. Company A last MR is on Sept 2016.
    2) Is it necessary to create two management review?

    Appreciate your advise.

    Thank you. Lina

    Two things:
Hoy have to talk with your CB, maybe you have to change your scope. On the other
hand, once is clear the merging, ME is not a big issue

This nothing to do with the CB at this stage.

I'd suggest that one review is going to be needed to discuss "changes affecting the quality management system" and that should focus on that, exactly. Looking at the impacts on sharing the QMS, objectives, performance, etc.

Your CB would need to be informed in order to make sure contracting is updated, scope is confirmed (they need to send a qualified auditor) and the number of audit days is correct.

When doing management review, performance data from both sites are included in the inputs and determination of actions is directed at either or both sites. There is no need to do a separate management review. My clients very often combine their management reviews via shared inputs, Skype/similar or call-in.
