    Hi,
I have some parts that has internal groove both circular and rectangular. I have difficulties finding a manufacturer for these parts because of the difficulty making these internal grooves. Can anybody suggest a process that can achieve these features? We require this to be kept as single piece, not broken into several pieces to achieve the grooves. Attached are the screenshot of the drawings.

I'm thinking "just because you can draw it, doesn't mean you can make it". Well, leastways, not by conventional machining. You don't mention a material, but it seems 3D printing seems most likely.

The cylindrical grooves "might" be feasible, but the straight grooves with no radii at the ends is not feasible using a chip removal process. Possibly 3D printing.
