Internal customer document control

    Our QMS team spends a lot of time on document control. We help other departments improve their documents or even help write their work instructions, procedures, etc. I feel like we are constantly getting sucked into the vortex of taking on too much when it comes to document control. Any advice on how we can take the heat off our QMS team?

    Someone's got to do it, but the real issue lies in how the process is structured. Maybe it's too complex?
