    Hi All,

Is it acceptable to include on labelling and IFU's languages of territories that a medical device is not yet registered in?

    Regards,

Hi, I can't think of any reason why not, provided you are not giving the impression that it is registered when it hasn't.

I would make sure Sales/Marketing are aware of the status. Many sales staff will do anything to sell something that is not available ;).

Or you can put as available for 'particular market only'
