How to find quality engineering managers (etc.) for an online focus group/questionnaire activity?

I want to explore selling my ‘quality engineering’ services to the US in manufacturing or supply chain space from India remotely (low cost).
I have lived in the US, worked on this there too, and I have the VISA to travel there any time if the project needs.
Questions:
-How to find volunteers (free/paid) for an online focus group type questionnaire activity?
-I think a qualitative survey questionnaire would give more data faster instead of a traditional ‘focus group’. Thoughts?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
P.S. I also have a background in data analytics, lean six sigma, efficiency improvement, operations, clinical data collection in India, software/AI services too- as optional services.

Fair comment! So this is 1 of the steps in primary market research called 'focus group' interviews/questionnaire. I am working on other things, but might be irrelevant for this forum. I guess the only question is where can I find paid/free volunteers (quality managers, directors etc.)?

Work can be done on following processes- audits (definitely), defect reduction, CAPAs/8D, PPAPs, FMEA, QMS (ISO or other) tasks- specifically procedures, work instructions, forms and other documentation creation/management. Many of these can also be applied for defect reduction at entire supply base level.
