Freeware for FMEA, Flow Diagram, Control plan

Hello everyone, glad to join this forum and interesting quality management discussions!

I would like to share a free software developed with Access 2013 that I currently use to keep process documents updated. Maybe this tool will be useful to other people, and eventually it will even improve!

The freeware was originally released in Italian, so are the tutorial videos, but now an English version of the database is also available for download.
Also the web page can be translated with a widget.
