    Hi,
I am changing from GIL II to GIL I, that gives me smaller samples sizes.

    • So for sample size H(50) and AQL 1.0, is the Ac 0 / Re 1 the samme for GIL I,II,II,S1,S2,S3 and S4? - Or does Acceptance and Rejection numbers change between GIL I,II,II,S1,S2,S3 and S4?)
    • What refers (normal inspection) to in below headline?

    Thanks in advance,

You start with the lot or batch size to be inspected. The lot size plus the designated inspection level will give you a sample size code letter. The sample size code letter may or may not change across the various inspection levels.

Next, you use the table you show above and use the Ac/Re numbers listed for the sample size code letter and the desired AQL. In your example, the code letter was H and the desired AQL was 1.0. This table (designed for GIL I, II and III) gives an Accept = 1 and Reject = 2. You would use a different table for tightened inspection for SIL S-1 through S-4.
