    Hello,

As you know according to IATF if there is a new or revised customer specification (or any technical doc.), supplier should evaluate it and should give information to customer in 10 days.
So in our company we can not decide how can we manage it, in which period we must check specifications. Because there are a lot of specifications and we can not check them if there is any changing. How can we manage this process? For example can we say that we are looking on customer portal once every month for specifications?

In AIAG website which section we must look?
If we look to portal once a month for specifications, can auditor ask that what will you do if there is already a new changing and you don't know that because there are a few days for checking date?

Well, auditors can ask anything they want to - it may not even make sense. The reality is, if something does change, there's always a period to implement the change, so that's your fall back answer.

Don't be too worried by what auditors ask for. You'll never get a good night's sleep. If you check monthly and you know when things have changed, then that's the proof.
