    Hello,

I want to know what are the elements that can an auditor ask me to present to him for this phase of the projet ?

    Counting on your habitual support.

Difficult to know, since auditors can ask for all kinds of things, depending if they know what they're doing. It's better to not wait for them to ask and try to dance, but, instead YOU decide what YOUR organization has determined is required and show the auditor THAT you know the process inputs. Of course, APQP (especially if your customers require it) define a lot of the inputs, so why not start there?

Using the AIAG manual for APQP, process design and development should use the following inputs:
    • Design FMEA,
    • Design for Manufacturability and Assembly,
    • Design verifications,
    • Prototype build Control Plan,
    • Engineering drawings and specifications,
    • Material specifications
    • New equipment, tooling and facilities requirements,
    • Special product and process characteristics,
    • Gages/testing equipment requirements,
    • Team feasibility commitment
