Looking for advice on how to prevent production staff personal glasses from falling into manufactured product. (not food).

    What do other manufacturers use?

Perhaps using glasses strap might help preventing glasses to fall into the product.

I once had a a QC inspector loose his glasses inside the product carton he was checking, a week later the customer was very surprised. We supplied straps, but not many people would use them properly.

In another company we has a series of complaints for pens falling into product. As a corrective action, all pens on the shop floor were attached to the moulding machines with string and this was made part of the 5-S checklist.

Hey, [Vintage Goose], good to see you again. I thought I was in the other forum for a moment there. I rode the Bassa in today, lovely day for it.

My glasses are prescription, and cost far too much to let fall in some product. This thread must be regarding disposable safety glasses.
