    Inputs are what are transformed by the process - think of the ingredients being used to bake a cake. Resources are the things you need to control the process - think of the recipe, mixing bowl, measuring cups/spoons/weigh scales and so on.

    I'm guessing you don't bake, Nathaniel! Typically, these are items like flour, eggs, sugar, salt. As I mentioned, the "ingredients". The inputs are transformed by the process into the outputs...
