    Not related to ISO or anything else, specifically, but impacted by Industry 4.0 adoption, changes in QC (automated inspection can be really cheap/effective too) and more "risk" related jargon in the world. So what's the Quality Profession going to look like in a few years time?

    Less manual inspection, more quality engineering with a heavy emphasis on data analysis and predictive analytics. An example, my company is automatically tracking/trending pick and place errors on SMT lines and can quickly identify pick and place heads that need cleaning by tracking errors over time.
