I asked in the survey how would IATF treat the statements with the word "should" in it (e.g. 7.5.3.2.2 Review should be completed within 10 working days of receipt of notification of engineering standards/specifications changes). What if an organization completed the review beyond 10 working days? The obsolete ISO/TS 16949:2009 has a guideline in the use of the words "shall" and "should".
