    Can you discuss me what difference the criteria for acceptance of product/service and criteria for processes? You can give me some factual example.

    Criteria for product is what the customer wants/expects and the organization offer. For a pizza it would be size, toppings, speed of delivery, taste etc.

    For the process of making pizza, the criteria is set by the organization. Time to answer the phone (if it's a carry-out restaurant), temperature of the oven, temperature of the refrigerator storing the ingredients, amount of tomato sauce added to the dough, amount and placement of the toppings and so on.
