Could I see some examples of QMS processes that are commonly used in a company certified to IATF 16949?

Supplier monitoring, Competence, Internal Audits, Monitoring and Measuring Resources, Nonconformity & Corrective Action, Control of Nonconforming Outputs and Continual Improvement are some common ones. There are several others that can be part of your QMS, if they apply.

QMR1976 has offered you the processes by name, but are you looking for examples of the actual processes? Like this?

Customer RFQ/RFI > Review RFQ/RFI > Further Info Needed? > Prepare Quote > Approve Quote > Deliver Quote

    Obtain Info From Customer

The actual processes by name, similar to what QMR1976 is showing, is what I was looking for.

I wasn't asking specifically for my organization. It was more of a general question. I would think if you are certified to IATF, you are most likely a supplier to the automotive world, and there would be common processes across most companies. Yes, I am sure depending on the company, there would be some maybe unique to the specific company.

That's true. Who and how will vary of course.
