Other criteria for impact value?

Hi everybody

In the practice of getting the impact value, would you have other method
which consider other aspects different of these shown below?

Aspects

1- Loss of contract
2- Negative impact on existing customers
3- Can´t comply contract terms
4- Not complying statutory regulations
5- Cost of reworking

The idea is to have an average value

Do you have other issues points in mind to share?
