Not all inputs covered in Management Review - NC?

    If you will select from the two sets of evidences below, which of the two would be more appropriate to fulfill the requirement that says "retain documented information as evidence of the results of management reviews"?:
    • Set A: action plans on the improvement initiatives that were raised, plans on the necessary changes and resources (e.g. planned budget for purchasing), evidences of provisions of resources, monitoring of accomplishment of the action plans; or
    • Set B: management review agenda program, notice of the meeting, accomplished attendance sheet, presentation materials, presented reports, minutes of the meeting showing all inputs are covered.
