Multi Tier PPAP

    My PPAP started out as Tier 1 (me) then my 2 Tier 2's all combine in a nice AIAG workbook (manufacture, machine, and finish) simple right? Then the project went off track, which now has multiple ways to accomplish the same thing potentially using 5 tier 2's. Do I create a separate PPAP for each scenario or can I use my same documents and say skip to or next step etc. may get confusing that way.
