I'm looking for a Best Practice to use in documenting the context of the organization, external/internal stakeholders and interest per clauses 4.1 thru 4.3 of ISO 9001:2015. I 'm looking to possibly display the results of all of the analysis being spoken about in the industry (SWOT, PESTLE, Power/Interest Matrix, etc...) in like a single excel sheet. Anybody have anything they can share? This would make a great "one-stop" piece of OE

Yes, do a SWOT in your management review, then derive a risk based plan and develop your QMS accordingly. Not sure it needs a spread sheet but that may be useful to suit your management's style and culture.
