    Good day all!

What are national equivalents to the subject standard, as required by TS? Who determines if it is equivalent or not? Is there a quick reference guide?

    Thanks!

I don't believe such a thing exists for you to reference. It's a "get out" clause added, in case someone had a suitable alternative. ISO/IEC 17025 was ISO Guide 25 and there might (slim chance) of being one somewhere..https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO/IEC_17025
