An IAF-accredited, Certified organization (ISO 9001:2015) has an internal audit procedure dated 2013 and also is at “rev B”? #askingforafriend

If the audit procedure was robust enough to cover the update in 2015 and mentioned the latest version and not 2013 - Possibly
But would expect review / gap analysis to be carried out in 2015 .
Rev B ??? would check what update was for and when .

It is always possible. Revision numbers and dates are not always at the forefront of 3rd party auditors' attention.

I think the more important question is, did the procedure and the process activities and documented information align with the current standard revision's requirements?
