When you bake a cake, do you need the recipe - the inputs/ingredients and the method, the process control conditions (temp & time) to be written down and in front of you to refer to?

    Documented information can include:
    • Policy/Policies
    • QMS Manual (if any)
    • Procedures
    • Work instructions, records forms and checklists required for the process
    • Training materials
    • Charts, diagrams, flip charts, signage
    • SAP and other databases/spreadsheets
    • Recipes for automated equipment
    • Testing programs for automated test/inspection
    • Test methods for the QC Lab
All those things that have already been there but may not have been recognized as "documents"

What is suitable for use? Correct, current, legible, appropriate. Same as you have always done.
