How to comply with culture,values in 4.1 note3

    I wonder what we have to do to evidence compliance to
    4.1 , note 3, regarding to values, culture,knowledge?

    Andy is right. Section 0.1 General - Introduction of the standard specifies the following:

    In this International Standard, the following verbal forms are used:
    • “shall” indicates a requirement;
    • “should” indicates a recommendation;
    • “may” indicates a permission;
    • “can” indicates a possibility or a capability.
    Information marked as “NOTE” is for guidance in understanding or clarifying the associated requirement.​

    Guidance is talking value culture. It's nothing but developing quality culture, and risk base think approach in employee.

    This standard is different from previous version. In previous version talk about only following procedures what given in standard. But this new version is out of that thinking. Risk base thinking and process approach which deal with how u implement in that way.
