    Hi,
With the current ramping up of the org from an engineering firm to a manufacturing one. I am task of overseeing the whole quality department.

I am currently overwhelmed with juggling incoming inspections, documentations, RMAs, internal external audits and customer deliveries.

I am requesting some help here on how can I bring the topic up to the CEO that I would need more manpower / quality engineer to assist me in my daily task.

I am hired as a Quality Manager over here and find myself 75% of the time carrying out inspections rather than managing the QMS and looking at implementing improvements in the organization.

    Any advice is welcomed!

    Thanks

Kishnu! Well, why are you doing the inspections? If someone else is making product, don't they do the inspections to know they have done the work correctly?
