Hello from Garden Grove California

    I just want to introduce myself. My name is Joe and the company I work for has been ISO 9001:2015 certified for the quality management system for about 8 years. We got our system running pretty smoothly but we still run into issues. Mainly because our quality manager that is supposed to be the authority on the ISO really has no clue. I hope to be able to contribute to this forum as well as be helped in understanding the ISO a little better.
