Design Exclusion: No R&D

    We are into manufacturing in India.
    But we dont carry out any R & D in India. We receive the receipe from our parent company which is in europe.
    So can we have exclusion in this case.

    Should we need to have the validation of product with specific forms in this case.

    So does that mean you do not have a design/ engineering team at your location? If so, yes you can have a design exclusion and that should be mentioned in your quality manual or scope if you have one. The new standard does not "require" one, but our customers request QM's so we keep one up to date.
