We are launching a new Daimler Program. We have addressed the Daimler CSR in our QMS process (and MBST requirements), but are we also required to comply with the Mercedes Supplier Quality Manual?

Good day @Angela Abel and welcome to the site.
This is a question best answered by your customer. I'm not currently serving Daimler/Mercedes, but assume that the "Mercedes Supplier Quality Manual" is under the auspices of Daimler?

If so, then yes, you must comply. (in other words, you must comply with all stated (i.e. contractual) requirements of your customer regardless of whether they are a CSR or not.

    Reminder:
This is an oft confused (not sure why) topic. A CSR is a only/limited to a specific type of customer requirement. Per IATF 16949:2016, a CSR is...
"...supplemental requirements LINKED to a specific clause(s) of ..." IATF 16949.

This does not preclude OTHER customer requirements (contracts, boiler plates, supplier quality manuals, packaging guidelines, etc..etc..etc..etc...

    Hope this helps.

    Be well.
