Hi, Andy. Say, Internal Audit, Second-party Audit, Third-party Audit, these three kinds of Audits, which one is natually more USEFULL to the organization in terms of QMS improvement? In most cases, going through second-party audits is just the way to satisfy the customers` requirement, and the third-party audit is to get certified. They have to be done. Maybe the internal audit is the most promising candidate.

If properly conducted, internal audit adds more value. That's why ISO 9001 has a specific clause about it.
