Acceptance Sampling: Recording Incoming/Outgoing inspection

    How does your QA/QC depts go about recording Incoming/Outgoing Electrical/Physical inspection on product coming in and going out the door?

    I feel like our operation is incredibly labor intensive and inefficient...especially since we are performing 100% auto tests on close to 85% of our product. The remaining product not going the auto test process is still being hand tested in different capacities but still at a 100% rate.
