Hello and happy June for all!

This is again about documentation, this time applied to Management Review (ΜR). Paragraph 9.3.2 a) in the standard, says that ΜR should be conducted taking into account the progress of suggested actions from previous ΜR minutes . Ok, reasonable enough. The question is: Does this implies something more than having in our ΜR policy to bring minutes from previous minutes and evaluate progression on actions thoroughly. Do I have to document progress explicitly? Because, we are suggested to do so by our CB.

    Thank you.

Most meeting agendas will include an old business and a new business section. You can keep progression via old business.

Firstly let's address the CB comments. Your auditor shouldn't be making "suggestions". Not their place to do that. End of discussion.

If, from the analysis of process performance, product conformity, opportunities for improvement, supplier monitoring, customer feedback etc. there will likely be some actions. Those actions (of any type) should be assigned to people and time limited. Doesn't it make sense to ask those people assigned with those actions to bring a status report?

Absolutely. In fact, I even find it useful to have sort of a report of the current status in every one of the issues you address (par. 9.3.3 ISO 9001:2015).
