    Hello Everyone!

    I have performed an internal audit on my company for IATF Standar.

    I have found a lot of KPI out of goal and no corrective actions have been implemented.

    I am wondering if the applicable IATF clause wich i should raise the NC should be 9.1.1.1.

    The doubt that i have is that the clause does not mention anything about corrective action.

    On my NC report I have to write the description of the NC and the clause agianst wich I am raising the NC.

    I'd change the format of the report. Internal auditors should IMHO worry less about IATF and report findings against the QMS requirements

    If you don't change the form as Andy advised,
    I would say either 10.2.3 Problem Solving or 6.1.2.2 Preventative action.

    Diego: What is the KPI related to? It's not uncommon for a goal not to be achieved. It doesn't say in the standard anywhere that I can find that a corrective action is needed. So trying to pin the NC to an IATF requirement may be difficult. And, to be honest, I have to ask the question what value do management see in responding to a CA? If the KPI is NOT related to a customer performance measure, then there's nothing in the ISO or IATF requirements that you can record a non-conformity against.

    What's the KPI in reference to and how are you intending to report the issue for action?
