    Hello, dear community!

I am having a bad time trying to understand the subclause e) "contract or order requirement differing from those previously expressed" in 8.2.3.1.

I do not get what 'those previously expressed' mean...what is the object of that part?

Could you help me out, please?

Did you quote or tell a customer what you could do and a price/delivery? When they ordered from you, did you check to see if they understood and you can still do that?

Variation orders or change orders are examples for clause 8.2.3.1e. When a customer require some changes, an organization need to review whether such changes can be met before accepting them.

    Thank you for both clarifications!
