   Could you please help us to understand what exactly needed to be done for g and i items ?
   g) verification that the software version used for product and process control is as specified;
   i) production-related software verification used for product and process control.

   If you've got any software used to manipulate data to control a process, for example, computer controlled machining, molding, inspection, testing must be checked to show that it works as planned, (version) controlled and checked once released so that the "wrong" version isn't used in production.
