I am not sure if we should move the "Recommended Action" after it is completely taken to be in the "Current Process Control" column or just leave it in the "Recommended Action" column.
I ask this question since it seems like nothing done in FMEA if we move the Recommended Action to be in Current Process Control column.
From the discussion with customers, each one has different opinion, some customer prefer to move and some prefer to maintain.

FMEA is a "living document". Since this tool is subject to changes or updates, the "Recommended Actions" that were previously determined, implemented and evaluated should become part of the "Current Process Control" on its next update. Subsequently, new recommended actions should be determined. The intent is to continuously look for more effective controls as the process matures.
