Does anyone have a generic PFMEA (secondarily a C Plan) for a small machine shop that does 1 to 10 piece precision orders? Receive, Lathe side 1, Lathe side 2, Mill, Drill, Tap, bore, ream, hone at any operation, and package? It's the small quantity that necessitates creating a family PFMEA because the actual PPAP paperwork often takes much longer when each feature on the print is ballooned and then we repeat the same information over ad-nauseam for each threaded hole or what ever according to the 120 features that are ballooned. We need a simpler way to say a drilled hole at one operation has certain FMEA chaecteristics no mater how many times it's on the print at that lathe or mill or whatever, be it radius, chamfer, thread, runout, etc. WHEW!
