Department Manager owner vs. Manager name

    With a high turnover it also sounds like the company is leaning on an outside consultant hoping there is a solid fix somewhere else, rather than addressing the internal issues with their turnover.

    I have some experience of a few high-employee-turnover companies. In such cases the commitment of the top management was only 'to make money' at the cost of supplying assured quality. As a result many conscientious would either leave or were sent out. QMS Certification of such companies would be nothing more than a certificate on the wall.
