    Hi All,

    I have recently started with my employer, and we are working on building a Quality system in the Decorative/ Industrial Paints/ Coatings manufacturing.

    Can anyone who may have been in this type of industry they can relate with me and give me some pointers?

    Is this manufacturing of the paint itself, or the process of painting a substrate?
