My job has used Pin Gauge to check Hole of parts as Go , NoGo only. Everytime before using , operator will check Pin diameter Top-Bottom X,Y. Judgement is that Go >= Minimum Spec , NoGo <= Maximum spec. and Record in Lot's datasheet. Pin gauge is not Calibrated. But Micrometer is Calibrated.

Can This method be accepted IATF16949?

You are permitted to use "verified" measuring devices as well as "calibrated" devices. Record the micrometer which is used to verify the pin gauge. I'm assuming the micrometer is the correct discrimination for the pin gauge size.
