Statistical Process Control Demonstration

    I want to put together a workshop for our organization. My audiences are operators all the way up to the plant managers (different classrooms).
    I like to setup a tool/toy or a computer software that the participants can change an input and measure an output, so that they can see the effects of process adjustment and response time. Has anyone done this before. Any suggestion?
