I have worked 40+ years in emulsion chemistry and commercialized several soluble oil emulsifier blends for major oil companies. Quantitative results are elusive and therefore no model is possible. I am trying to get comments if this would have value to other industries and what they might be so I can make them aware of the method. In addition, I am looking for comments on the methodology and how well it might be an adjunct to traditional DOE.

Details of the method used are at https://jawchemist.blogspot.com/p/using-design-of-experiment-methods-for.html.

A soluble oil is a milk-like material used primarily for metalworking cutting and cooling.
