Section 6.3 Planning Changes

    The requirement "The organizational shall consider". In my interpretation the word "SHALL" is for mandatory requirements, but when is combined with the Term "CONSIDER" definition is - to think of especially with regard to taking some action (The taking in consideration, doesn't mean mandatory).
    looks like is contradictory. what's your interpretation?

    It says "shall consider" and then lists 4 things. Couldn't be much simpler. Not considering those things will get an organization into trouble if they make changes. Simple.

    Hi Jose,

    Can you think of a change you might make to the QMS where any of those 4 things which must be considered would not apply?
