CQI-23

    I have a customer that is asking for our full CQI-23 Assessment. Generally, we just send the cover page. They are allowed to review the document in full at our facility. Is there anything that requires the full assessment submission?

    If you look in your CQI-23 manual it should state under 'Other Requirements' that the records shall be readily available for review by any customer requiring compliance to the requirements within this document. I know with our suppliers, I require them to send us the entire assessment because there have been many instances where they have had to make corrections to various sections of the assessment.
