    Hi everyone,

Firstly I would like to say thanks for all of your help so far, it has been much appreciated.

Can someone advise if the underlined section of the statement below means to provide a typical QA organogram for projects or does it meant to provide a typical project quality plan?

Please explain and provide your typical QA plan for large capital projects including the process developing the project specific QA plan.

In my experience, a capital projects Quality Plan is a bit like a "mini" Quality Management System - those specific processes, methods, responsibilities, organization (people), authorities, suppliers, controls/testing & inspections which will be implemented in deploying the project. I think I have a template which I created for someone once and if I find it, I'll post it here in a while.

Yes, as Andy said, I agree with that.
I worked in an Engineering company developing engineering projects.
This was very usual, It is like a mini QMS or a quality manual.
On this document, we described how our company will be complying our customer based on the 9001 clauses.
Once we finished the document in the first time, it was converted as a template.
When other customer was requiring the quality plan, we used the template, and changed
    data for new customer.
    Hope this helps

I found it. It has the basics. It will need work to edit to suit your specific contractual requirements. I didn't have a "process" because I'm experienced, but if you need a draft of how one should be put together, then let me know.
