    Dear all,
What is the output of the ISO 9001:2015 internal audit?
    Is it the final report?
    Regards,

According to the standard, to have information to evaluate the extent to which the QMS requirements are fulfilled (Standard and internal requirements).which normally is described in the audit report.

There may be many outputs. It depends on the scope and purpose of the internal audit. A "final report" may be a type of output.

Are you asking this to obtain information to support ISO 9001 clause 4.4.1a (i.e. "determine the inputs required and the outputs expected from these processes")?

Therefore "expected" outputs of the internal audit process should include:
    • valid and objective audit findings (conformity and/or nonconformity),
    • factual record of good practices,
    • value-adding opportunities for improvement,
    • reliable and reproducible audit conclusion,
    • timely reports of the audit results (above bullets) to relevant management (auditee and process owners),
    • complete and accurate information on QMS' conformity and effectiveness for top management's review.

And this "expected output", will discuss during MRM at my company. As construction company, we receive repetitive issues (NCR & Observation) year by a year, such as honey comb, rusted steel bar, joint inspection no remarks done or any initial done P-QESH-P not updated and others. When the employees keep changing it's hard to maintain the finding from repeated.

With reference to ISO 19011:2018, the internal audit outputs are: audit findings (cl. 6.4.8), audit conclusions (cl.6.4.9) and audit report (cl. 6.5.1).
