    Good day,
Could anyone explain how do implement 8.6.2 Layout inspection and functional testing and 9.2.2.4 Product audit?

Now, my team is trying to revise 2 clauses above.
According to FAQ 21&22, it seems
    layout inspection → dimensional requirements
functional testing → performance and material measurements
product audit→ dimensional, performance and material requirements, packaging & labelling requirement.

Are these inspection/ testing/ audit repeated?

    Thanks.

Audit is NOT synonymous with inspection and test. Inspection and test are a function of Control Planning and the relevant FMEA. Audits are planned events to confirm (or not) compliance with requirements. Product audits don't simply look at product. They look at many other aspects, such as handling, packaging, labeling etc which (may) come after product has been inspected and tested to the CP requirements.
