    I did sampling 2,140 units from 116,000 units for inspection, I know that this sample size is tighter than AQL 0.01% but customer need to know the exact AQL level for this sample size, please advise how to know the exact AQL level for Sample Size 2,140 units from lot size 116,000 units.

    Please advise, this is quite urgent. Thanks.

    Use EXCEL
    P(A) = BINOMDIST(c,n,p,TRUE)
    iterate p to get the answer for the Probability level you are using . typically AQL is 95%
    c= the accept number
    p = defect rate
    n = sample size.
    the lot size is not relative

    when you use c=0, the defect rate for a sample size of 2,140 and a 95% probability of accepting the defect rate you get an AQL (p_AQL) of .000025
